Is your product natural?

Our formula is about made using ingredients that are all classified as natural, they come from the ground or plants. We do use a mineral wax that gives our product glide and makes it stay on the surface of the skin to stop chafing. We are working on an alternative that does not have a mineral wax, however plant based waxes are not as effective.

How often do I need to reapply Skymcare?

Our trial team found the reapplying the products every couple of hours worked for them. We recommend you test this yourself as everyone is different

Your formula lists alcohols, aren’t they bad for the skin?

Some alcohols can dry the skin, but other alcohols are classified as fatty acids and are actually good for the skin as they provide hydration instead of stripping the skin. We use the good ones!

Why include Australian Botanicals?

We wanted to create a product that not just addressed chafing but also actively healed the skin as well as tackling the skin discoloration that comes from long term chafing. Australian botanicals are powerful ingredients that are becoming more popular in skincare. We wanted a unique Australian made solution inspired by our Australian lifestyle.

Can I use Smooth Sailing on my kids?

Yes for sure! We formulated our products to be gentle enough for all skins, including your little ones. We do recommend that you do a test patch prior to use.

Is the product gender neutral or unisex?

Yes. There is not a lot of difference between men’s and women’s formulas beyond different coloured tubes. We made Smooth Sailing gender neutral in simple packaging so it everyone feels comfortable using it.

Can I use Smooth Sailing on my Face?

We created Smooth Sailing for the body, but it is gentle enough to use on your face but please do a test patch before use as everyone’s skin is different.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we don’t test on animals. We only test on ourselves and our friends.
