Refund policy
Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of Skymcare products if:
You have received products from Skymcare that are different to the one you have ordered. We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively we can offer you a refund.
Please note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.
For any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you.
Skymcare will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that Skymcare requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Skymcare & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
For refund or exchanges please contact us by email hello@skymcare.com Please provide your order number & contact information in your email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. From time to time this waiting period may be longer.
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item. All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days. Refunds may take up to 15 working days depending on your bank.
